Frequently asked questions

In the event of a workshop cancellation by the instructor or Friends Forever, all attendees will be notified and receive a full refund and notified of a rain date if any.

There is a 5-day cancellation window for attendees. You can cancel your reservation within 5 days before the class date to receive a refund. Cancellations after the 5-day window will not be refunded.

In the event of a rescheduled class, patrons with already purchased tickets will be notified and get first priority for seats for the new date. New and remaining seats -- if any -- will then be opened up to the public for purchase.

285 Rantoul St at the Pond St entrance around the corner. Look for the purple garage door!

Metered parking: all along Rantoul St. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and add time, or pay at any of the paystations on the street nearby. Cost is $1 for each hour parked from 8 am - 8 pm. 20 minutes or less is free.

If you'd rather park in a lot, there is one off of Pond St. Pay at the paystation meter outside the lot, and walk down Pond to get to the garage! Lots are $0.50 per hour parked from 8 am - 8 pm. Lots have a 2 hour minimum if paying with a card.

Free Street Parking: Pond St and Federal St both have FREE 2 hour parking Monday - Saturday from 8 am. - 8 pm unless you have a resident parking permit.

Please send all inquiries for private events to bebright@soymuchbrighter.com with the date and time you are looking to book the space for. We are open to hosting fundraisers, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, or other events for ages 18 and up. Please also include in your email if you'd like the studio to also host a workshop for your event - ex: candle making, painting, etc

Photographs may be taken at any of the FFS workshops and may be used in future marketing of the studio and it's events

Are kids able to attend?

All our classes are 18+ unless otherwise stated.

Can I bring my pet?

No pets please! Registered service dogs are allowed.
