Join us Saturday March 15th from 1 - 3 pm for an afternoon of learning how to bullet journal!
Have you wanted to start journaling and just haven’t found your rhythm? Have you started multiple journals only to stop mid-way. Do you find it too difficult to maintain?
There is no right or wrong way to do it!
In this fun hands-on workshop we will talk about how a journaling practice can help you set your intentions for the year, reflect and move toward your goals in a fun and creative way. Light instruction will be followed by plenty of creating time. When your leave, your journal will become your idea playground, designed for you, by you.
Bring a journal (old or new!), any favorite pens, and any other goodies and materials you want to make your experience personalized. The rest will be provided! Join us for an afternoon of creative journaling.

Meet your instructor
Paula Borsetti creates abstract paintings that are a story of her life, reflecting her love of family, friends and the natural environment of New England. Working primarily in acrylic, she borrows colors, patterns, textures, forms and movement to create layered paintings meant to evoke personal yet universal moments and narrative.
Her training began at a young age working from the landscape. She fell in love with painting then and that love of painting has continued through her formal education and life. While being an art educator for 26 years fueled her desire to nurture and learn in 2020 she made the leap to pursue her studio practice full time. Paula works from her studio in Beverly, Ma. She can be found there painting every day and painting in her studio in Maine in the summer. Reflecting and journaling are an important part of her practice.
Paula is represented by the Salted Cod Arthouse Gallery at Rocky Neck and Anderson Contemporary on Artsy. She maintains membership in several art communities such as Rocky Neck Art Colony, North Shore Arts, Newburyport Arts, Women United Art Movement, Manhattan Arts International, ArtQueens, Visionary Art Community and See/Me. She is a signature member of NAWA and NAWA_MA.. Paula’s work has been in numerous publications, interviews and podcasts. Her work is currently in several exhibits around the North Shore of Massachusetts, Boston and New York.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a workshop cancellation by the instructor or Friends Forever, all attendees will be notified and receive a full refund and notified of a rain date if any.
There is a 5-day cancellation window for attendees. You can cancel your reservation within 5 days before the class date to receive a refund. Cancellations after the 5-day window will not be refunded.
In the event of a rescheduled class, patrons with already purchased tickets will be notified and get first priority for seats for the new date. New and remaining seats -- if any -- will then be opened up to the public for purchase.

285 Rantoul St at the Pond St entrance around the corner. Look for the purple garage door!

I want to have my party/private event at FFS!
Please send all inquiries for private events to bebright@soymuchbrighter.com with the date and time you are looking to book the space for. We are open to hosting fundraisers, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, or other events for ages 18 and up. Please also include in your email if you'd like the studio to also host a workshop for your event - ex: candle making, painting, etc
Photography policy
Photographs may be taken at any of the FFS workshops and may be used in future marketing of the studio and it's events
Do you have kids classes?
Unfortunately no, we are an adults-only studio space. All our classes are 18+ unless otherwise stated.
